the last day of summer.

So it's 1:21am, September 6 '09; the last day of 09 summer before my senior year of high school.

There's really nothing special about this summer.. other than it being my last before having to go even more crazy about college stuff. Next year's summer better be the most laid back thing ever. Oh the anticipation.

I'm working at 9am today. And I have yet to do an essay for english class. Procrastination is the worst thing ever. Let the senioritis begin!

To sum up this summer:
It's been fun. Awesome weather. I didn't do too much walking around like I wanted to. I made money.. stayed at home and bummed it out majority of the time. I also went to the city more since I had the money to pay for train tickets...
Ahh I learned some korean too.. from watching Boys Over Flowers (korean hana yori dango basically.) It was good. Yi Jung!!! wooo lol

What do I expect this school year to be filled with?
A band trip. college stress. fun. driving. tennis and bowling. art. procrastination. tricking (lol w.i.s.e.?). music. laughing. and the most memorable of memories yet.

Oh so i guess i'll post up an old typography thing i did a while ago. it's probably gotta be one of my favorites. so that and Goodbye Summer.

WOW.

It's been forever since I've updated any of my sites, so here's to breaking that 3 month hiatus.

What have I been doing?
Well, it IS summer after all. I've been working, being lazy, and just chilling out until I start my last year of high school (which by the way is stressing me out completely.) I didn't know picking majors was so hard. I always thought I'd be going to college studying graphic design, but then you realize that you have options. Options that may call for a larger salary. So I've been weighing down even more choices, but it never gets me anywhere because I always come back to graphic design or commercial/advertising art.
The thing about that.. is that I'm a really greedy person who likes to spend money. So I'd like to choose a major that will support my habit since I want to live lavishly. I mean... hey. Who doesn't?

Other than that, I've been soaking up the sun - literally. I'm basically 4 shades darker. I've been doing a little photoshop work.. not a lot though. I'm finding out about more CSS commands that will enhance my layouts. Even so, I can't create a layout that I'd love. I end up spending around 3 hours on one, then just trashing it. Artists are picky.

Alright, well I'll post up those 2 things that I did. I don't like them too much since I'm just getting back to doing photoshop.

As for procrastination... I haven't even added those 2 typography posters that I posted in April. Insane.
